About the Author

Colleen Kelly is a facilitator, instructor, leader, international speaker and now, an author. Colleen’s background includes 30 years of working in the nonprofit sector and contributing her time and talent as a people engagement expert for numerous community boards. Colleen is the executive director of Vantage Point where she leads a team of eight employees and more than 200 knowledge philanthropists. She is the mother of four and grandmother of five and resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, with her husband.

Lynda Gerty is the director of engagement at Vantage Point and is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator. She specializes in convening teams where talented people can effectively work together in common cause. Lynda’s projects allow her to lead an integrated talent team comprised of salaried employees and knowledge philanthropists. Lynda’s accomplishments span over 15 years and include the development of leadership, marketing, communications and people engagement expertise in both the non- and for-profit sectors.
