About the Author
Ken Burnett is an author, lecturer and consultant on fundraising, marketing and communications for nonprofit organizations worldwide. He has served on several volunteer boards, including the executive committee of the UK Institute of Fundraising, the council of BookAid International and the board of trustees of ActionAid International. He is also the manager of SOFII, the Showcase of Fundraising Innovation and Inspiration, a free online resource that archives the best of fundraising creativity and good practice from history and around the world (http://www.sofii.org/).
