Michael Lee Stallard is the founder and president of E Pluribus Partners, a think tank that helps organizations increase employee and customer engagement. Formerly, he was the chief marketing officer for businesses at Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab, where he was a thought leader on the topic of engaging people on the front line of business. Carolyn Dewing-Hommes is a cofounder and partner at E Pluribus Partners. Previously, she worked at Citibank for 15 years where she worked on a global task force identifying companies worldwide whose practices successfully engaged their employees.
