Kay Sprinkel Grace is a San Francisco-based organizational consultant who consults throughout the world on NGO/nonprofit resource capacity growth, board development, major giving and other topics related to leadership of the fundraising process. She is a noted author of six books and countless articles and essays in the books of others and in journals, and is a sought-after speaker. In recent years she has spoken to groups in Prague, Bratislava, London, The Netherlands, Tbilisi and in numerous cities across the United States. She makes her home in San Francisco.
